Introduction
Lantiv International (“Lantiv”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in connection with our software product, (the “Software”). Scheduling Studio is a client-side application that connects to a server for data storage and synchronization, while maintaining strong privacy and security protections.
Overview of Data Handling
Scheduling Studio is designed so that user data is stored on a server in hard-encrypted form. Only the user can decrypt and access their data using their password. Lantiv International cannot view, read, or access user data.
Information We Do Not Collect
Lantiv International does not collect or process personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or the content of schedules or files. User passwords are never stored in readable form. We do not use user data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or marketing.
Data Stored on the Server
The Software stores user-generated data, such as schedules and configuration data, on a server only in encrypted form. Data is encrypted before or during storage. Decryption requires the correct user password. Lantiv International does not possess the password or decryption keys. Without the user’s password, stored data is cryptographically inaccessible.
Access Control
Access to stored data is controlled exclusively by the user’s credentials. Lantiv International does not have the technical ability to access readable user data. We cannot recover passwords and cannot decrypt or inspect stored content. Users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords. Loss of a password may result in permanent loss of access to encrypted data.
Data Transmission
When data is transmitted between the client application and the server, it is protected using secure communication protocols to prevent unauthorized access or interception.
Third-Party Services
Scheduling Studio does not use third-party services to analyze, track, or monetize user data. No encrypted or unencrypted user data is shared with third parties.
Data Sharing
Because user data is encrypted and inaccessible to Lantiv International, no readable user data is shared with any third party.
Children’s Privacy
Scheduling Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Security
We take security seriously and design Scheduling Studio to minimize trust requirements. Encryption protects data at rest and in transit. Password-based access ensures only authorized users can access data. Server-side storage does not allow plaintext access to user data.

If Scheduling Studio’s data handling practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
